The remaining were to be answered <br /> by the town insurance counsel but Bob Whritenour informed Tom those would <br /> also be answered by Town Counsel . Chartwell will send it back to Town <br /> Counsel . <br /> Part C: <br /> 15 questions to assist the architects in preparing the bid document. 1/3 <br /> were answered by Town Counsel .
