The resultant aggregate figure of <br /> $2.47 million reflects CHARTWELL's estimate of the revised savings <br /> potential which has arisen as a result of decisions taken up to the <br /> Building Committee meeting held on September 13, 1994. <br /> An over-run on budget remains in the sum of $1.20 million <br /> approximately. <br /> The purpose of this working document is to assist the Building Committee <br /> to conclude its decisions on the Value Management proposals. <br /> Decisions remain outstanding for those proposals where where the <br /> words 'Decision required' appear in bold type.
