Value Management proposals marked with an asterisk (Item Nos. 2.4, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7) are due to be decided after, the presentation of the roof design and development of the red brick concept by SMMA. A second batch of proposals (Item Nos. 6.7, 6.8 and 6.1) are held pending a presentation of options on materials. And a third batch (Item Nos. 11.9a, 11.10, 11.12 and 11 .37) are awaiting the presentation of the final site plan. Items listed on Page Nos. 11 and 12, which have arisen since the presentation of the Value Management Report, have not been included in the above over-run calculations. The implications on budget will be reviewed when the proposals are developed and when cost information is to hand. A list of sundry items for which a decision is required, prepared by SMMA, dated September 14, 1994 is also attached.
