John Williams can survey his staff as to who thinks they will be using a <br /> lot of overheads . <br /> Letter from Manny Tavares : at the last meeting the Committee voted to <br /> approve the library security system and include the alternative antenna for <br /> $250 . It should be $250 per antenna and there are two , total $500 . <br /> Paul can sign the CCD for this . The Committee agreed. <br /> Furniture Payments: <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval <br /> and payment $284 , 171 . 99 to multiple furniture vendors as shown on <br /> Manny Tavares letter of 9/25/96 . Merry Sue seconded the motion. <br /> All members were in favor 5-0 . ** <br /> MISCELLANEOUS VENDORS : <br /> - Weston and Sampson: 3 invoices for maintaining the STP for July and <br /> August and 1 invoice for $2 , 315 . 24 for extra services related to the STP <br /> contamination. (This will be back chargeable to Stone ) . <br /> - As You Like It : cleaning service for $2 , 2799 . <br /> Jim said this is for 1 week of a laborers to help in unloading of <br /> equipment . <br /> - Photos for town meeting . <br /> - Testing of the STP by Barnstable County Health Dept . <br /> - Colonial Gas , we will pay it and back charge it to Stone . <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval <br /> and payment $8 , 909 . 19 for multiple vendors as per Chartwell letter <br /> of 10/8/96 . Merry Sue seconded the motion. All members were in <br /> favor 5-0** <br /> SMMA INVOICE <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval <br /> and payment SMMA' s fee invoice for August services for $48 , 644 . 29 . <br /> Merry Sue seconded the motion. All members were in favor 5-0** <br /> Merry Sue asked about the final air quality samples? <br /> Joel said the final report from Occuhealth showed everything is fine . There <br /> was one area that showed "aspergilis" but they thought that a fluke in the <br /> testing . <br /> They are recommending they come back again in December and do another round <br /> of testing. <br /> Paul said they should do a round of testing then not only dealing with the <br /> mold issue but fresh air in take. <br /> The Committee authorized Joel to summarize this report and send it to the <br /> Superintendent and Committee members . <br /> NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29TH 4 : 00 P.M.
