• MASHPEE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> TUESDAY , OCTOBER 29 , 1996 <br /> HIGH SCHOOL <br /> Present : Merry Sue Ahlgren, Bill Martiros , Janice Mills , Steve Greelish , <br /> Peter Dinizio <br /> Also Present : Ian Aitchison, Tom wren, Jim Byrne , Dan Solien, Dr. Lincoln <br /> DeMoura, John Williams , Mike Kirwin, Joel Seeley, Mike Pietrowski <br /> Meeting convened at 4 : 06 . <br /> MINUTES <br /> ** Merry Sue made a motion to accept the minutes of October 8 , 1996 . <br /> Janice seconded the motion. All members were in favor 4-0 . ** <br /> Bill Martiros thanked everyone for the fruit basket , he appreciated it very <br /> much. <br /> INTERIM PAYMENT <br /> The interim payment was not ready- for the Committee ' s approval , Stone did <br /> not submit all necessary documents . <br /> Steve said he wants to see a comprehensive accounting before approving any <br /> more money. <br /> J & D OCCUPANCY <br /> oel said he has punched out C & D, everything except the auditorium. That <br /> was delivered to Stone 2 weeks ago . It was more complete than A, B & E when <br /> he punched out those sections . <br /> Food Service/Casework was punched out by Manny Tavares . Technology wiring <br /> was done by CCR. <br /> Stone has completed the work above the ceiling in the auditorium and Joel <br /> will punchout that area tonight . <br /> SMMA has been receiving some of the 0 & M manuals and warranties from <br /> Stone . They recently received the electrical and the electrical dept . is <br /> reviewing it . <br /> Merry Sue asked when we will be able to occupy C & D? <br /> SMMA wrote a letter telling Stone what had to be done to get an occupancy <br /> permit . The Building Inspector and Fire Dept . walked through those <br /> sections . Stone has received a letter from the Fire Department on what <br /> needs to be done . Joel has not reviewed that letter yet . <br /> Jim said it did not contain any surprises . <br /> The Fire Department will not sign off on the CO until all those items in <br /> their letter are done . <br /> John Williams asked about occupying C & D without the auditorium? <br /> Is the auditorium the big hold up? <br /> Joel said the auditorium has not been punched out , it is not in a state of <br /> 0ompletion. <br /> om Wren said until the expansion joint material is here and installed , it <br /> 1 <br />
