We are quite concerned that the Contractor <br /> should purport to speak on behalf of the entire team. We would <br /> query if this is in fact the position. If remarks were made which <br /> were interpreted as being sarcastic- and we would first need to <br /> know the specific correspondence alluded to by the Contractor - <br /> we would point out that such remarks do not amount to <br /> professional misconduct nor anything approaching the same. We <br /> would accordingly request you to advise the Contractor that <br /> allegations of professional misconduct or words suggesting or <br /> imparting the same are not acceptable to Chartwell and are not <br /> conducive to the fostering of good teamwork. <br /> The above having been said we would like to assure you that with <br /> the continuing support of the Building Committee we will <br /> undertake our duties as set forth in our terms of reference to the <br /> Town of Mashpee to the best of our ability. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> ANDREW CEIARTWELL & CO <br /> P.
