12 . No dragging will be allowed on any day when the temperature <br /> falls below 32 degrees F. , 0 degrees C. p ature <br /> 13 . All commercial scallopers must display a commercial scallop <br /> plate. <br /> 14 . Any holder of a shellfish permit who violates an <br /> of these regulations or of the laws relative to thetakingI <br /> of shellfish, shall forfeit his permit and be barred from <br /> obtaining shellfish permits for a period of not less than <br /> 6 months or not more than 1 year from the date of the vio- <br /> lation at the discretion of the Selectmen. Violation of any <br /> part of these regulations shall be punishable by a fine not <br /> to exceed $50. <br /> 15.
