Article 34 f <br /> The Moderator read Article 34 <br /> I <br /> Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning a <br /> by-law by. adding thereto the following.: <br /> "Section 7. 11 Prior to. the ,proceeding with any new construction <br /> above the foundation, a Registered Land Surveyor or a .Registered Civil <br /> Engineer shall certify to the Building Inspector that the structure <br /> has been located on the lot in compliance with all land space re- <br /> quirements or take any action relating thereto. "-, Submitted by the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> Moderator: I will as!,, for a motion and then from the Planning Board, <br /> %";rs Thomas: I move the Article with the deletion of the words " a register- <br /> ed Civil ]igineer"and take any other action there to. <br /> Motion seconded. In as much as the Planning Board held the 'nearing, I will <br /> defer to Itr 'Ferry, Planning Board Chairman. <br /> Richard Terry: The Flaming Board is unanimouly in favor of this Article. , <br /> We feel that this offers protection for the owners of the Town. Having a j <br /> Registered Surveyor will certify where lot lines are. We feel this is a good <br /> move for the Town. <br /> Moderator: Any other discussion?
