The <br /> Board shall make its determination at a <br /> public 4earing and record its decision in <br /> written form. <br /> R <br /> 4. 10 .6 No such way may be discontinued or abandoned <br /> except by a Town Meeting in con4ormance with <br /> M.G.L . Chapter 82, Section 21 or other <br /> relevant authority. <br />
