f campground operation or establish other reasonable conditions it <br /> believes necessary to prevent the use of the campground for long-term <br /> residence. <br /> (16) The ownership of the campground shall remain with one individual or <br /> corporation and no property interest, other than by mortgage, shall be <br /> deeded or leased to any other individuals or corporations. Violation of <br /> this provision shall result in rescission of the special permit- <br /> (17) Internal access drives shall have an improved surface width of at least <br /> twelve (12) feet for one-way drives and sixteen(16)feet for two-way <br /> drives unless the Board and/or Fire Chief determine that an alternate <br /> width is necessary or appropriate. Surface type and drainage <br /> requirements shall be as specified by the Board based on site <br /> conditions and proposed usage.
