i Motion: I move Article 32 be approved as printed in the warrant except to replace the word "beams" in Subsection E.(6)(a) with the word "berms" and to delete the phrase, "or take any other action related thereto." Planning Board voted at the Public Hearing held on August 19, 1998 3-0 for approval. Motion passes unanimously at 9:05pm. Article 33 To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning bylaw by amending the Open Space Incentive Plan Map to include all of those lands identified in the 1997 Mashpee Assessors' Maps as Map 99, Blocks 35, 36 and 37 in the area designated as "primary open space" and by replacing the words "Mashpee Open Space Incentive Plan dated May 1989, which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk" in Subsection 174-46.A. with the words "Mashpee Open Space Incentive Plan dated October 1998, which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk", or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by Board of Selectmen and Petition of Landowner Explanation: This article would amend the Open Space Incentive Plan Map to designate approximately 26 acres of land on Great Neck Road South as "primary open space". The change would make the land subject to a 1.4 multiplier, vs. 1.2 currently applicable, under the bonus multiplier provisions of the OSID bylaw and result in an additional 30.8 bedrooms available for transfer off the property into the developed area of an OSID project. Article 34 To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw by amending Section 174-25.B.(6) to read as follows: "(6) Public Utilities, subject to special permit approval except for services to individual lots and except when located within a road layout." and by changing the letters "PR" shown for all zoning districts to the letters "SP", or take any other action relating thereto.
