October 4, 1999 <br /> Annual Town Meeting <br /> Article 24 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw by replacing the term "20%" in Subsection <br /> 174-25.I.15 with the term"40%",or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Planning Board <br /> Explanation: Factory outlet stores as part of a manufacturing or assembly facility are currently <br /> allowed in I-1 Industrial zones.
