October 4, 1999 <br /> Annual Town Meeting <br /> Article 25 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw by replacing the phrase "or twenty percent <br /> (20%)but at least one of the lots shown on a plan of land not requiring subdivision approval recorded <br /> after May 11, 1987" in Subsection 174-26.A. with the phrase "or twenty percent (20%) of the lots <br /> shown on a plan of land not requiring subdivision approval recorded after May 11, 1987 (but at least <br /> one such lot for any contiguous land which was in common ownership on said date and subsequently <br /> divided)",or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by'Planning Board <br /> Explanation: This article is intended to close an apparent"loophole" in the phasing requirements of <br /> the Growth Management Bylaw which can be interpreted to allow the use of multiple"ANR'plans to <br /> increase the number of building permits which could be issued on a parcel in a single year. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe. <br /> Motion: I move Article 25 be approved as printed in the warrant with the exception of the phrase,"or <br /> take any other action relating thereto." <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held August 18,1999 4-0 for approval. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 10:16 P.M. <br /> r <br /> z•. <br /> R <br /> UtC0PY, AT <br /> 27 <br />
