Their migratory pattern would not be substantially disrupted by <br /> the project since the wetlands will not be altered. The preservation of <br /> this habitat is also important as a recreational amenity since bird <br /> watching and nature walks are becoming more popular pastimes. <br /> The design for Quashnet Valley Country Club will have 169.8 acres or <br /> 49% of the total area left in open space (including golf course) . There <br /> are 715 multi-family units and 178 single family dwellings proposed for <br /> the site. The site has two potential vehicular access points, one <br /> entering onto Waquoit Road and one other, Old Falmouth-Barnstable Rd. <br /> providing access from Rt. 151 . <br /> C.
