-12- <br /> 9.33 Permitted Uses <br /> Within the open space multi-family development only structures <br /> consisting of attached dwelling units consisting of not less than <br /> Three (3) or more than eight (8) units per structure. <br /> 9.34 Phasing <br /> It is proposed that construction be phased over a five year <br /> period. <br /> 9.35 Space Requirements <br /> Minimum requirements for distances to street line, side line <br /> and rear line have been met or .increased in all building areas. <br /> 9.36 Common Open Space <br /> Common open space is shown on 169.8 acres out of the total area <br /> of 345.2 acres which is 49% of the site. This is well over the 30% <br /> land area requirement. A large portion of this open space will be <br /> developed as an 18 hole golf course which will be open to the <br /> public. Open space will be owned by tenants in common , from which the <br /> developer will have an easement for operating the golf course. <br /> 9.37 Board of Appeals Approval <br /> The plans and information required for the Board of Appeals <br /> hearing have herein been presented and show how the proposed Quashnet <br /> Valley Country Club is superior to a conventional plan, adheres to <br /> the town by-laws, and is not detrimental to adjacent property. . <br />
