Mashpee Board of Appeals Minutes - August 23, 1989 Page 6. <br />Mr. McQuaid concurred with the criticism of the trailers. He said <br />he did not know what was in the trailers. He said that Bill Haick and <br />he had done a preliminary inspection of 33 Industrial Drive and found <br />that Alan Industries was occuping the building without sanitary facilities <br />• or water supply. He said that Alan Industries will not comply with <br />Town By-laws or the Board of Health. <br />George Toomey, owner of the property, said plumbing will be installed <br />next week. He allowed Alan to move the trailers since they had to vacate <br />a property. <br />Douglas Boyd informed the Board that Alan Industries should have applied <br />for another Special Permit for the use of U -Haul trucks. They had that use <br />at the previous location and are continuing it but it was not listed on the <br />permit. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to take the petition under advisement. William <br />Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />Elias McQuaid asked for Board of Appeals support. He said Alan had <br />been issued a stop work order, that have been issued an order to vacate <br />the building, they do not have water. He asked that Board rule that the <br />building should not be occupied. <br />Francis Quinn (Advisement - July 12, 1989) <br />• Members sitting: Cheryl Hawver, Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to deny the appeal of the Building Inspector's <br />• Decision. Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br />John Harris (Advisement - June 28, 1989) <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to deny. Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br />Fells Pond - The Board reviewed a letter referred by Conservation <br />Commission on replacing sand on Fells Pond. <br />Shirley Silver - Mr. Makunas moved to grant a 100 -day extension on <br />the petition.Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />R. 6 M. Realty - Mr. Makunas moved to grant a 100 -day extension on <br />the petition. Mr. Halpern seconded. All agreed. <br />Cazeault Roofing - The Board reviewed the memo from F. Thomas Fudala <br />and agreed to refer it to Town Counsel for his opinion. <br />Ronald.Costa - The Board.reviewed revised plans and signed letter to <br />William Hauck confirming their compliance with recommendation from Counsel. <br />Minutes - Unanimous vote to accept minutes of July 12 and July 19, 1989 <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to adjourn at 9:45 P.M.
