i <br />' I <br />Board of Appeals November 8, 1989 Page 8. <br />• South Cape Beach Association - (Advisement from October 11, 1989 meeting) <br />Members sitting: C. Hawver, M. Makunas, R. Halpern <br />Mr. Ben Lofchie of the South Cape Beach Civic Association presented <br />the Board with a letter confirming the unanimous vote of their <br />Board of Directors in favor of the location of the dock over the <br />ramp. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit as requested. Ms. Hawver <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Discussion <br />The Board discussed the new code books for the Town of Mashpee and <br />directed that a request be made to the Town Clerk for 6 copies of <br />the Zoning By-law books for the use' afthe members and associate <br />members of the Board. The Board understood that the copies will <br />be returned to the Town Clerk when a member leaves the Board. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:40 p.m. <br />• Elinor Walsh <br />I <br />
