People utilizing this <br />park are likel., to utilize the walk system that they have in this <br />development. . <br />The Planning Board has reviewed it both in their By-law <br />Special Permit as Condition 19 and by way of a letter that they <br />have transmitted to the Board of Appeals that they are in favor <br />of this type.of variance and design. <br />The project has 180 condominium units. The Section 9.3.5.6C <br />indicates that the trip generation calculated should be based <br />upon 7.2 trips per day per town house and condominium units. <br />This times two is 1,296 trips. This is split by 2 because of half <br />the units on the left and half on the right which equals 648 <br />trips. This put them into the requirement of item C. F, <br />Mr. Hanrahan questioned exactly what they were proposing <br />to do. <br />They are proposing to relocate the sidewalks from the side <br />of the road to the center of the development.
