William J. and Gertrude M. He <br />has owned the property since 1961 and has found that most of his dock <br />was not on his property, so he wants to move the dock.. <br />Paul Somerville , submitted a memo stating that he did not <br />feel as though this will cause a substantial disruption degradation <br />of the marine or coastal environment. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to grant as requested with the excepti.on <br />that the proposed steps be eliminated from the plan. <br />Mr. Makunas seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Eagle Surveying and Engineering - (Owner of record: Raya Si . <br />Dreben) Requests a Variance under Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br />By-laws for permission to vary the front set -back in an R-3 zoning <br />district on property located at 89 Tide Run (Map 120, Block 188) <br />Mashpee, MA. Majorie Lipkin asked <br />what the <br />spacing was between the two docks in the water. The <br />spacing <br />is 25' from the 3" pipe. Mr. Lelito stated that it is <br />33' from <br />the proposed walkway to Mrs. Lipkins float. From the <br />3" pipe <br />which is an associated structure is 251. Mrs. Lipkin <br />explained <br />tht .-he has been told once someone gets the walkway <br />anyone can <br />build a dock. <br />Mr. <br />Lelito stated they are not proposing_a dock. He stated <br />that the <br />depth of the water is approxiamatley 12" by the proposed <br />walkway, <br />Mr. <br />Makunas moved that the board take under advisement. <br />Mr. <br />Hanrahan seconded. <br />All <br />agreed. <br />William J. and Gertrude M.
