Mr. Makunas moved to grant the request. <br />William Hanrahan seconded and rquested that it should be <br />written to allow the garage to be distanced 23.2' from <br />the front property line. <br />All agreed. <br />Owner of propery is Mr. and Mrs. Niel Kaufman. <br />Raymond Dischino - Requests a Special Permit under Section <br />174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to expand a non -conforming <br />structure in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 11 <br />Shore drive (Map 112, Block 71) Mashpee, Ma. <br />Members sitting: William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas, Cheryl <br />Hawver <br />Represented by Mr. Dischino. Presented the plan. He . <br />has not built the house yet. He explained that the old house had <br />a 12' setback and he moved it back 16'. The street setback is <br />correct. The house occupies 20% of the entire lot. Other than <br />having a lot which is non -conforming he put the house in as much <br />conforming as he possibly could. <br />William Hanrahan moved to grant the request. <br />Michael Makunas seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Fields Point Ltd. Partnership - Requests a Modification of Special <br />Permit 86-04-024 to provide for the expansion of space 8.14 and <br />to provide for the use of the space for retail sales in -a C-1 <br />zoning district on property located at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway <br />(Map 74, Block 20) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas, Cheryl <br />Hawver. <br />Represented by Douglas Storres. Presented the plan. He <br />explained that the existing space is 2600 sq. feet.
