Friel <br />Mr. Makunas moved to deny the petition without prejudice. Mr. Friel <br />seconded. All agreed. <br />Alexander Levine - (Advisement - November 8, 1989) <br />Members sitting: C. Hawver, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br />Mr. Makunas moved to accept the request to withdraw without prejudice. <br />Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Members of the Board reviewed and revised the Information Sheet for <br />Applications to the Board of Appeals. <br />There was discussion of procedures to be followed when the Board <br />requests the review of plans by other Town boards or commissions. <br />It was agreed that the Board will request a memo from the other Town <br />board or commission stating that they have reviewed and approved the <br />plans with a reference to the plan number. <br />Mr. Friel moved to amend the motions on the Charles Viglas and <br />• Sidney Covich hearings to grant the Special Permits based on revised <br />plans.
