He <br />belna a trouble area, <br />traffic probem. <br />would draw from outside communities <br />ability to control what happens <br />said that this area will encourage <br />expressed concern with Route 130 <br />and this would add to the growing <br />Donald Blethen who owned Ma Glockner's for nine years <br />explained that he took it from a "dive" and made it a <br />respectable restaurant with parties until 1 a.m. and the <br />lounge which operated until 2 a.m. He said he did not agree <br />with the comments beina made as he never once had a <br />complaint from anyone. <br />Peter Mulvay stated that he has two young children with a <br />third on the way and he is concerned with the noise factor. <br />He asked what the permit requirements were. He said that he <br />would like to see the Board orant a three month conditional <br />permit. <br />Mr. Makunas explained that the Board could condition the <br />permit if necessary. <br />• Nick Tenaglia stated that there would be a police detail <br />every night of operation. <br />• Doua Boyd advised as to the number of Doeple allowed oer <br />square foot. <br />Donald Blethen stated that the seating capacity of Ma <br />Glockner's was 400 people. <br />John Friel asked if they would have video games. <br />Nick Tanaglia stated he was not sure. <br />Patty Theiault stated that she has been sober for two years <br />and that you cannot even go to the store without seeing_ <br />drugs being dealt. She said that she has never had a <br />Problem at one of these clubs and she has been to a number. <br />Dave Pommaro from Oak Hollow stated that there are now 29 <br />homes there that were not three years ago and you are going <br />to drop a nightclub right smack in the middle of the <br />residential area.
