Friel moved to grant the Special Permit with the following conditions: (1.) operation to be confined to Friday, Saturday and Sunday (2.) the dumpster• should be concealed from the roads , (3.) control the parking at the entrance and exit and (4) the Special Permit shall be limited to one year•. Members present: C. Hawver•, M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan, J. Friel, E. Govoni Mr. Hanrahan read a request for•.a 60 day extension on the hearing from Daniel Buckley of New Seabur•y. Mr•. Makunas moved to grant the extension. Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. William J. Sullivan: Requests a Variance under Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws for• permission to vary the setbacks in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 6 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100, Block 18) Mashpee, MA. William J. Sullivan: Requests a Special Permit under• Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for• permission to expand a non -conforming structure with the construction of a house addition, pool, garage and decks in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 6 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100, Block 16) Mashpee, MA. Members sitting: C. Hawver•, M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan John Slavinsky and William Sullivan represented the petition. The Board was informed that the plans had been changed since the granting of a previous Special Permit and Variance at the request of the Conservation Commission. Mr•. Makunas moved to grant the Permit subject to Cape • Islands revised plans of June 29, 1990. Mr•. Hanrahan seconded.
