Board of Appeals August 22, 199x? 6 <br />• Reorganization: Mr•. Makunas moved to reorganize with the <br />present officers. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Norma Atkinson: (Owner• of record: Total Tr•anspor•tion <br />Inc.) - Requests a Special Permit under• Sections 174-25.8.14 and <br />175-25.E.2 of the Zoning By-laws for• permission to operate a <br />public club for• entertainment and dancing and to serve <br />sandwiches and non-alcoholic beverages in a C-2 zoning district <br />on pr•oper•ty located at 470 Main St. (formerly Ma Glockner's <br />Restaurant) (Map 27, Block 21) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members present: M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan, E. Govoni, J. <br />Friel <br />Mr•. Friel moved to grant the Special Permit with the <br />following conditions: (1.) operation to be confined to Friday, <br />Saturday and Sunday (2.) the dumpster• should be concealed from <br />the roads , (3.) control the parking at the entrance and exit <br />and (4) the Special Permit shall be limited to one year•. Mr. <br />Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />W. Br•adfor•d Wheatley: Agent: New Seabur•y Co. Requests a <br />Variance under Section 174-31 of the Land Space Requirements for <br />permission to vary the setbacks in an R-3 zoning district on <br />property located at 57 Tide Run (Map 125, Block 253) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members present: C. Hawver•, M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan, J. <br />Friel, E. Govoni <br />Mr. Hanrahan read a request for•.a 60 day extension on the <br />hearing from Daniel Buckley of New Seabur•y. Mr•. Makunas moved <br />to grant the extension. Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />William J. Sullivan: Requests a Variance under Sections <br />174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws for• permission to vary <br />the setbacks in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 6 <br />Daniel's Island Road (Map 100, Block 18) Mashpee, MA. <br />William J. Sullivan: Requests a Special Permit under• <br />Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for• permission to expand a <br />non -conforming structure with the construction of a house <br />addition, pool, garage and decks in an R-3 zoning district on <br />property located at 6 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100, Block 16) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: C. Hawver•, M. Makunas, W. Hanrahan <br />John Slavinsky and William Sullivan represented the <br />petition. The Board was informed that the plans had been <br />changed since the granting of a previous Special Permit and <br />Variance at the request of the Conservation Commission. <br />Mr•. Makunas moved to grant the Permit subject to Cape <br />• Islands revised plans of June 29, 1990. Mr•. Hanrahan seconded. <br />
