Holden - continued <br />Mr. Sanicki explained that there is an existing structure on the <br />lot 8' from the property line and part of this will be rebuilt as a <br />garage adjacent to a proposed 3 -bedroom house and deck. Conservation <br />.Commission has given an Order of Conditions and Board of Health has <br />approved. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit as requested. <br />Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />Ms. Hawver called a recess until 10:00 P.M. <br />Planning Board <br />Planning Board members A. Ferragamo, P. Coffey, J. Mills and <br />L. Behrmann joined the meeting. There was discussion of current <br />zoning articles for the Town Meeting Warrant. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to adjourn. Mr. Friel seconded.
