The Board will require a detailed topographic map of <br />the proposed development with contours at 2' separations. <br />2. All wetlands (including kettle holes) must be shown on <br />plan and verified by either a professional hydro -geologist <br />or the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br />3. This office is aware of some of the illegal dumping <br />that has taken place on this property. This office will want <br />to know exactly how this material will be analyzed to deter- <br />mine whether or not it is hazardous, and how and where it <br />will be disposed of. <br />4. IF the illegally dumped material is determined to be <br />hazardous, V.O.C. tests on the drinking water wells may be <br />required, OR hook-up to town water prior to being issued Oc- <br />cupancy Permits. <br />5. t1M.D.C." type road drains shall be installed and main- <br />tained at no cost to the Town. <br />6. Individual on-site well and septic plans will have to <br />furnished for each lot for approval by the Board of Health. <br />The Board of Health may have further comments at a future <br />time. <br />cc: James Circle Realty Trust <br />
