Planning Board Meeting 2. <br />• Board of Appeals Minutes - September 5, 1990 <br />Planning Board - continued <br />Mr. Coffey suggested cross visits between the Planning Board and the <br />Board of Appeals. Mr. Ferragamo said he understood that Kevin Harrington <br />wanted to initiate monthly meetings between representatives of the <br />Planning Board, Board of Appeals and Planning Dept. Mr. Makunas <br />suggested that meetings take place on Thursday afternoons when Town <br />Counsel was available. <br />Mr. Hanrahan said he had no problem with the 10,000 sf standard for <br />commercial centers. <br />There was discussion of the need to develop the Comprehensive Plan <br />for the Town required by the Cape Cod Commission. <br />Mr. Ferragamo suggested that the Planning Department's priority should <br />be to support both the Board of Appeals and the Planning Board. <br />Mr. Hanrahan polled the Board on the 10,000 sf and all were in agreement. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to adjourn.
