• <br />• <br />-16 <br />Board of Appeals <br />Fields Point (continued) <br />Minutes - September 12, 1990 <br />John Martino, Vice President of Support Services at Falmouth <br />Hospital, said that the Hospital was very committed to open this <br />facility and hoped to open July 1, 1991. Mr. Friel questioned <br />if the medical offices would be open seven days a week and Mr. Martino <br />replied that they were not sure of hours. He said they have not yet <br />recruited the physicians but would follow similar hours to Sandwich <br />which is open 5j days and 1 evening. <br />Mr. Martino said they hoped to have 2 physicians and some <br />medical services. <br />Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit with the change <br />of 3 residential units to 4 residential units. Mr. Christian seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Fields Point Limited Partnership - Requests an Extension of <br />Special Permit 88-09-071 issued to Dana Pierce, Trustee of Landmark <br />Realty Trust and filed with the Town Clerk on December 51 1988 for <br />property located in a C-1 zoning district between Falmouth Road and <br />Donna's Lane (Map 74, Blocks 7 and 12) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: M. Makunas, J. Friel, E. Govoni <br />Mr. Storrs explained that Field's Point has recently completed <br />negotiations to purchase these lots and ask for the extension based <br />on "good cause" i.e. 1. they recently purchased the property and 2. <br />they would like to incorporate the lots into the master plan for 28 East. <br />He said that access through Donna'a Lane is unresolved. He reviewed <br />some of the traffic studies of the Rotary By -Pass Committee. <br />Mr. Storrs reviewed procedures on the extension. He said he <br />could ask the Building Inspector to extend it and if no action appeal <br />the lack of a decision to the Board of Appeals. Mr. Makunas said that <br />a modification would be required if there were substantial changes. <br />2. <br />Mr. Friel moved to grant the extension to December 5, 1992 with <br />no changes in the existing permit 88-09-071. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Fields Point -Limited Partnership - Requests a Special Permit under <br />Sections 174-25.D.1-4, 174-25.E.1-4 and E.6 and 174 -25.F.5 -for permission <br />to construct a commercial center of retail, office, restaurant and <br />service space on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 39 and <br />51 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 74, Blocks 22 and 35) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: M.
