I Mashpee Board of Appeals November 14, 1990 3. <br />Bosun's Marine - (continued) <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to grant the Special Permit for property at <br />31 Bowdoin Road. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />DISCUSSION <br />James Circle Realty Trust - Ms. Hawver informed the Board that <br />a request had been received to withdraw the application for a <br />comprehensive permit without prejudice and to waive application and <br />abutters fees on new variance applications. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to grant the request to withdraw the application <br />without prejudice and to waive application fees on the Variances. <br />Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Ms. Hawver said Board could not waive abutter fees since these <br />were direct charges for computer, advertising and postage. Mr. Hanrahan <br />explained that new lists would have to be recertified. <br />ADVISEMENT <br />S.C.C.A. (From October 24, 1990 meeting) <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to continue to meeting of January 9, 1991 <br />at the request of the Shellfish Constable. Ms. Hawver seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Southport <br />Michael Dunning, representing Southport, informed the Board that <br />Resolution Trust has not yet released funds for the completion of the <br />amenity center and asked for an extension to April 30, 1991. He <br />referred to correspondence delivered to the Board which confirmed <br />the approval of the loans. He said Bonwood has appeared before the <br />Planning Board for a review of Phase II plans. The Board of Appeals <br />is the primary approval Board but Mr. Dunning said they are trying to <br />keep everyone informed. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to extend the permit to April 30, 1991. <br />Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />December meetings: Mr. Makunas moved to cancel both meetings in <br />December. Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved to adjourn at 9:20 P.M.
