• <br />• <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />James Kerrigan (cont.) <br />Minutes — May 10, 1989 <br />Page 5. <br />Mr. Kerrigan said that nothing had changed in what he had agreed to <br />do -- clean up the road, trim the trees and put down a hardener for a <br />base. <br />Mr. Makunas suggested that the petitioner should have a copy of the <br />memo from Mr. Fudala. He moved to provide Mr. Kerrigan with a copy of <br />the report. Mr. Halpern seconded. All agreed. <br />Ms. Hawver informed the Board that the due date for the decision <br />was the meeting of May 24, 1989. There was discussion of the right <br />of the petitioner to apply for an extension of hearing time. <br />Mr. Kerrigan said he did not wish to file for an extension. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to include the petition for discussion at the <br />May 24, 1989 meeting of the Board. Mr. Halpern seconded. All agreed. <br />Hamurco Realty Trust <br />Mr. Hanrahan submitted a request from Hamurco Realty Trust for an <br />extension of expiration dates on Variances on Sunset Strip. <br />Mr. Makunas and Mr. Boyd confirmed that the Variances have lapsed <br />on any lots on which construction has not commenced. Mr. Hanrahan <br />instructed the secretary to send Hamurco a memo'with this information. <br />Meeting adjourned. <br />Elinor Walsh <br />
