BOARD OF APPEALS Minutes - May 24, 1989 Page 7. <br />. Ms. Hawver moved to grant the Variance to reduce the number of parking <br />spaces to 54. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Hanrahan requested that Mr. O'Connor submit the lot coverage <br />percentages for the next hearing for the Special Permit to build within <br />the Groundwater Protection District. <br />Leo J. Wise - (Owner of record: Marion H. Gossling) Requests a <br />Variance under Section 7.4 of the Land Space Requirements for permission <br />to vary the setbacks in an R-3 zoning district on property located at <br />417 Monomoscoy Road (Map 124, Block 59) Mashpee, MA. <br />Mr. Hanrahan announced that the Board had received a request to <br />withdraw the petition. Mr. Halpern moved to accept the withdrawal. <br />Mr. Hanrahan seconded. All agreed. <br />James Kerrigan, Nancy Kerrigan, James Curtis, Jane Curtis <br />(Advisement: April 12, 1989 meeting) <br />Members sitting: C. Hawver, M. Makunas, R. Halpern <br />Ms. Hawver reported that Mr. Connolly, attorney for the petitions, <br />had said they are willing to grade the street to the width they are <br />legally allowed. Mr. Connolly had also commented that Mr. Fudala had told <br />• him that the Planning Board had a master plan for the development of the <br />area of Lettie Lane in the future. <br />Ms. Hawver said the Planning Board had granted a permit for a Lock <br />and Store on Mr. Kerrigan's land on Route 130 but would not allow the <br />caretaker to live on the site. Mr. Kerrigan wanted one of the Lettie <br />Lane lots to be used for the caretaker residence. <br />Mr. Halpern stated that he was in favor of the Variance since Lettie <br />Lane met the subdivision road requirements and the Board was not being <br />asked to make a decision on access roads to Lettie Lane. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to deny without prejudice due to the lack of proper <br />access for the Fire Department.
