No person shall <br /> water ski except during the hours of from one-half hour <br /> after sunrise and one-half hour before sunset. There <br /> shall at all times be a competent person in addition to <br /> the operator in a position to observe the person or <br /> persons being towed. (Chapter. 100, Acts of 1976, <br /> requires that the observer in a motorboat towing a <br /> waterskier must have attained the age of 12 years.) <br /> c. Subject to the restrictions outlined above, water skiing or jet <br /> skiing is permitted on the tidal waters of Popponesset <br /> Bay, Nantucket Sound and Waquoit Bay only. Water Skiing and <br /> Jet Skiing in these areas are subject to restrictions which <br /> may be specified by the Town by nroperly.posted signs or <br /> markers. <br /> d.
