'i i 4.8.7 Penalties. Any violation of the provisions of Article 4.8 of these by-laws shall be punished by a fine of $25 (twenty-five dollars) for the first offense, $50 (fifty dollars) for any second offense, and $100 (one hundred dollars) for a third or j subsequent offense. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive occurrence. The provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40 Section 21D shall be applicable.
