subdivisions were made in Greensward East, Triton Sound and Summer '— <br /> Sea, and utilities installed. Roads were built in 1964 including <br /> Greensward Road, and in 1965 Troon Way, a portion of Gleneagle <br /> Drive and roads in the village of Summer Sea with utilities . Water <br /> main extensions were also constructed. <br /> 25. Subdivision continued in 1966 in the Fells Pond area <br /> which required the use of cluster zoning principle under the <br /> special permit . In addition, more roads were built , and in 1967 <br /> the Greensward North section was developed, again making use of the <br /> cluster zoning principle as applied under the special permit . <br /> 26. By the end of 1967 , petitioner had completed the work <br /> on the "Town Beach" area (that property deeded to the Town by the <br /> two deeds of 1964) , which included a parking area for 300 cars . <br /> 27 . By December, 1966, a water distribution system plan had <br /> been prepared for New Seabury Corporation showing water mains vary- <br /> ing in size from 10 inches to 6 inches , as provided for in the pro- <br /> posed development of the New Seabury tract. <br /> 28. Construction was begun in 1968 and completed in 1969 on <br /> the New Seabury Lodge and Cottages . This consisted of five free- <br /> standing buildings with four units in each building, again requiring <br /> the 1964 special permit, and substantial expenditures were made. i <br /> 29 . Water mains were extended in 1969 from the end of Triton j <br /> Way to Shore Drive to the area of the New Seabury Lodge and Cottages . <br /> i <br /> The water distribution plan was designed to accommodate the higher <br /> densities involved in specific locations throughout the project, in <br /> accordance with the overall, plan envisioned by the 1964 special permit. <br /> -8- <br /> i <br />
