To see if the Town of Mashpee will vote to authorize the <br />Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee to convey to Edward W. and Helena M. <br />Wasil a certain parcel of land in the Town of Mashpee, delineated on the <br />Assessors' map as Lot #30 on Map X162 and also described in tax deed to <br />the Town recorded in Book 325, Page 251 at the Barnstable County Registry <br />of Deeds for a consideration of Five Hundred (9500) Dollars, and for a <br />further consideration of the conveyance by Edward W. and Helena M. Wasi.l <br />of all their right, title, and interest in a certain parcel of land, which was <br />acquired by the said Wasils by a deed from the Treasurer of the Town of <br />Mashpee to them, dated December 17, 1964 and recorded with Barnstable <br />Deeds in Book 1284, Page 61.5. Said Conveyance is to be in full satisfaction <br />for any claims that the said Wasils may now have against the Town of Mashpee, <br />and especially the conveyance of land described in Book 1284, page 615 <br />heretofore referred to. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be indefinitely post- <br />poned. A vote. <br />Article 30. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of <br />Selectmen to convey to Stanley Levings of 29 Florence Street, Rockland, <br />Mass., a certain parcel of land shown as Parcel 51, as shown on the <br />current Assessors' maps (Map $62) and being also described in a deed, <br />Barnstable County Deeds in Book 587, Pape 126, being located off Falmouth <br />Road, and consisting of '.10,000 square feet, more or less, for a sum not <br />less than 96300, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be indefinitely post- <br />poned. A unanimous vote. <br />< Article'31. To see if the Town of Mashpee will vote to authorize the <br />' Board of Selectmen to convey to Louis A. Webquish a certain parcel of land <br />of the Town of Mashpee shown on the Mashpee Assessors' map on Map 71:60 as <br />Parcel #2, and further being described in a deed recorded in Barnstable <br />County Registry of Deeds in Book 485, Page 252, and for foreclosure tax <br />title see Book 587, Page 525. Said parcel of land being located at the <br />junction of Old Falmouth Road and Barnstable Road (Quashnet Road, so-called) <br />and extending to the intersection of Great Hay Road and Quashnet Road; said <br />parcel containing 4 acres. more or less, for a sum not less than $3,375, or do <br />anything in relation thereto. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be indefinitely post- <br />poned. A vote. <br />Article 32. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Treasurer <br />to act as Collector of Taxes as provided by General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 1. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as read. A vote. <br />Article 33.
