411 - <br />Special Town Meeting - Part Two -3- November 2, 1977 <br />ARTICLE 11. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the <br />Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Title II funds the sum of <br />$ to be applied to the Fire Department Wage Account or <br />take any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 12 as <br />follows: "...the Town take from the Antirecession Fiscal <br />Assistance Title. II fund the sum of $3,000 to be applied.... <br />etc." Motion is carried. <br />ARTICLE 13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- <br />priate the sum of $450.00 to be used to correct emergency <br />electrical repairs at the Mashpee Fire Station or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 13 to <br />read as follows: "...the Town will transfer from the Anti - <br />recession Fiscal Assistance Title II funds the sum of $450.00 <br />to be used...etc." Motion is carried. <br />ARTICLE 14. To see if the Town will vote to transfer a sum <br />of money from the Stabilization Fund to General Cash or take <br />any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 14 to <br />read as follows: ..the Town will vote that the Selectmen, <br />with the consent of the Finance Committee, be authorized to <br />transfer, from time to time,as the need arises, sums of monies <br />from the Stabilization Fund to General Cash. It was a unani- <br />mous vote. <br />And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up <br />attested copies thereof, one at the Town Hall, one at the Post <br />Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, fourteen days at <br />least before said meeting. <br />Hereof fail not and make returns of this Warrant with <br />your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place <br />of said meeting. <br />Given tunder our hands this 12th day of October in the <br />year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy-seven. <br />Kevin D.
