Kirrane said when they started the process there was concern if it <br /> would utilize open space better, and changes were rade after consultations <br /> with this Board . He skid comments assume there 's no use on this land , and <br /> statistics provided were based upon actual usage in similar places on <br /> Cape Cod . He said they would have a central well and a treatment plant <br /> which are significant benefits , The zoning district permits this type of <br /> use and he requested the Board act favorably on the application. <br /> .
