MA 02649 <br /> PLANNING .BOARD MINUTES : 6/20/84 Cont !d Page 5 <br /> Mr. Rowley said the property line should be solid to the middle line , <br /> not dashed and the easements on lots sola should have deeded rights , <br /> Mr. Ferreira said the owner did deed the rights and he can present a <br /> letter. <br /> Mr. Rowley said it should be chef ine 1 as easements on the plan and Mr. <br /> . <br /> r tes said he would like copies of the easement as in the deed. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested Mr. Ferreira give a copy of the profiles to the <br /> Highway Superintendent and the Board gave him a copy for that . Mr. <br /> Rowley also said there was a lack of burn and he should extend the gravel. <br /> Mr. Ferreira said he would. rake a mote of that and put the gravel to <br /> width of 41 , <br /> Mr. Rowley requested he show a cross section of the road without the <br /> burro and Mr. Ferreira agreed. <br /> The Board scheduled the public hearing for July 18 at which time Mr. <br /> Rowley would have a report, <br /> Atty. Kirranle , representing Edward Grogan.' presented the final pre- <br /> application plan. He said the plan had been revised in keeping with <br /> the suggestions made by the Board the last time , He said they were <br /> hoping for an approval to move forward for the special permit . <br /> Mr . barst -s id he would give approv l on the pre-application icati plan <br /> with the condition that the office and retail building be subject to <br /> final review of the Design Review Committee , He s led the DHC had <br /> approved the residential part based on landscape and architectural <br /> plans and elevations,' and they will send a letter stating such , <br /> Mr. Rowley said he had looked over the plans but. hadn't had a chance <br /> to finalize a report, He said he had looked At it once and a lot of <br /> the problems were answered by thea reducing the scope of the roads <br /> from what it was , He did have a few drainage concerns but felt they <br /> could be handled at the next stage , <br /> . Marsters, made a motion to approve the final pre-application process <br /> with the conditions as stated, The motion was seconded and all were <br /> in favor, Mr. Rowley noted that the old subdivision was still in <br /> eistnce , Mr. Iarsters told Ir. Grogan he would have to have a plan <br /> showing the abandonment of the roads in the former subdivision for a <br /> public hearing and elimination of all lots . Ir. Rowley added the roads <br /> would have to be shown as dotted lines . They said they would come to <br /> the next meeting with the plan to set up a public hearing. <br />
