Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated he forwarded a letter to Attorney Delaney dated July <br /> 1 , 1989 which was not satisfactory, another letter was forwardedJune <br /> , 1989 also unsatisfactory, Mr. McQuaid commented Attorney Delaney <br /> has submitted this letter and requests the Board's signatures to it. <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned the filing of the waiver as the area designated <br /> non-land court was checked off. <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to research this matter with Town Counsel <br /> as �pr^eviously recorded waivers may have been filed erroneously. <br /> Mr. Costa stated this Board denies Attorney Delaney's request for the <br /> Board' s signatures on the "Satisfaction ofConditions" as waivers filed <br /> with the Registry of Deeds are legally binding. <br /> 13. ) Copy of letter from D.E.Q,P. to MMR re: Approval of R l FSAP plan <br /> The Board acknowledged receiving the letter* <br /> 14. ) Copy of l Otter .from High Wood Water Co. to D.F. .E. re: Remedial action <br /> of non-co rmp 1 i arice - Mr, McQuaid i nfomred the Board he did inspect the <br /> site with Dere Rich and the areas D.E.Q.B. were concerned with. M . <br /> McQuaid stated most problem areas had bee corrected <br /> 1 . Copy of P.A.P. changes for fiscal year 1990 - The Board acknowledged <br /> receiving a copy of the P.A.P. changes* <br /> 1 . Copy of 1986 Mass, Vital Statistics -- The Board acknowledged c i v i rig <br /> this information. <br /> 1- . Copy of water analysis for Presto Foto - Mr. McQuaid informed the Board <br /> the analysis for silver i s below the recommended levels. <br /> 18. ) Copy- of Board of Appeals re-organization - The Board acknowledged re- <br /> ceiving the memo. <br /> 19.) Emergency septic repair #90 Lakeside Trailer Parry - Mr. McQuaid in- <br /> formed the Board the system has been pumped o'n numerous occasions. <br /> Mr, McQuaid commented before the end of -this year both trailer parrs <br /> should be researched as to the fixed number of sites, whether tent and <br /> overnight camping is allowed. Mr. McQuaid stated, it is his understand- <br /> go i <br /> nderstand- <br /> i ng that according the- town by-laws overnight camping is not all owed. <br />
