TREASURER" REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the bank account <br /> ,i report and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the <br /> he fiscal ear, h n explanation for <br /> third month oft y reviewed the budget to actual and provided a o <br /> variances. Mrs. Botsford stated that Peabody Properties will be sending a check within the next week or <br /> so to reimburse for their portion of Vincent's salary but, since they don't reimburse until about 4-6 weeks <br /> after the actual expense, this line-item will always lag behind. <br /> Accounts Parables Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for the 4001 account, M} VP account, and <br /> Section B account were presented to the board for review and signatures. Accounts payables were: <br /> $ 589.9 for4001, $8,687.00 for Section B, and 9,97. 0 for MP for the period September 1 <br /> through October 11, 2007, <br /> Dent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer linage. Two residents <br /> at Breezy Acres are not paid in full, but should be by next week. We are at 100% occupancy at Breezy <br /> Acres, but have a vacant unit at Horneyer Village due to a death. The flooring in the unit needs to be <br /> replaced. Mrs. Basford is in the process of selecting the next tenant. A motion was made by Mr. <br /> Laporte and seconded by FIs. Garron to accept the treasurer's report as presented. The <br /> motion was adopted. <br /> It was noted that there was a typing error on the Bark Account Report for Asher's Path. The ending <br /> balance should read $ ,00 . o. Mrs, Botsford will check into options for accounts for Asher's Path, so <br /> that we are getting the most interest. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the months of July, August, and <br /> September and it is attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford provided an additional brief written report, which was discussed. The report was as <br /> follows: <br /> • The new septic system at Breezy Acres is now being installed. <br /> Mrs, Botsford Mated that she had a conversation today with DHCD regarding the expansion of Breezy <br /> Acres. It looks like DHCD will be approving funding to be combined with the CPA funds to build two two- <br /> bedroom units a duplex) and four-five SFO (Single Room occupancy) units for special needs. A letter <br /> should be forthcoming. Mrs. Botsford will keep the board informed. <br /> Mr. Harsch asked if Mrs. Botsford had information on the statistics at Asher"s Path, i.e. how many people <br /> that moved in where from Mashpee. Mrs. Botsford stated that she did not hare-any statistics, but would <br /> request this-information from Peabody Properties. She did know that, as of today, there were only two <br /> units left to rent, Mr. Harsch asked whether there would be a ribbon-cutting or dedication ceremony. <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she has not heard anything about this from Peabody Properties. Mrs. Botsford <br /> will contact her and ask about this as well as statistics. <br /> Mr. Harsch asked that the Town Land available for affordable housing be placed on the agenda for next <br /> month. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: none <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Ado tion of Section 8 Fair Market Keats and Utility Allowances: Mrs. Botsford provided the board with the <br /> HUD issued Fair Market Rents and the new Utility Allowance Schedules. After a brief discussion a motion <br /> was made by Nor. Laporte and seconded by Ms. Carron to adopt the Fair Market Rents at <br /> 110 and the[utility Allowance Schedules as presented. The notion carried. Mrs. Botsford <br /> stated that she would be sure that all residents were provided with a copy of the new handbook. <br /> _ _ <br /> i <br />
