Distr'butron of the remaining 70% is <br /> at the discretion of the CPC, which conceivably could be set aside for Affordable Housing. <br /> . review of 12/16/11 Meeting with Gail Wilson, Joyce Mason, Torn Mayo, John cahalane <br /> Janice Walford <br /> Gail Wilson.reported the following: <br /> Transfer of$1,750 to the St. Vincent DePaul food pantry was approved for disbursement to <br /> Mashpee residents in cases where the person has already used the fund and it has been less than 18 <br /> months, and that invoice has been submitted for payment <br /> Towyn Manager approved Human Services coordinator volunteer clerical support from the <br /> Mashpee Senior Center. Gail Wilson is proposing volunteer assistance in her office for three hours <br /> two mornings per week. The volunteer may possibly tale minutes at the monthly Mashpee Human <br /> Services Council meetings. <br /> Town Manager was persuaded by SelectmanJohn cahalane that the Human Services <br /> Coordinator's office should be maintained in a location away from Town Hall, for clientp rivac . <br /> .. Town Manager approved establishment of a task force to loop into a multi-purpose service <br /> center similar to the Falmouth Service center. Town Manager assigned Gail Wilson and Toni o a <br /> � y <br /> to draw up a proposal for a multi-purpose service center for Human Services needs to present to the <br /> Capital Improvement Committee. <br /> - In her report to the committee, Janice Walford added that the Torn Manager had also approved . <br /> the establishment of an emergency fund, to be used at the discretion of the committee by majority <br /> vote. <br /> 4. Town Meeting Graft Article re: Funding for an Analysis of Needs fora Multi-Purpose Human <br /> p <br /> Services center <br /> The committee agreed that the sura requested in the draft article should be Worded not to exceed' <br /> the reasonable amount to be recommended by the consultant. <br /> Mary Scanlan made a motion that the Committee approve the draft article as follows: "To see if the <br /> Towyn will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds, a sum not to exceed <br /> F to the Mashpee Hunan Services Facilities Consultant Account to be expended under <br /> the direction of the Board of Selectmen, or tale any other action relating thereto."
