MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMIT - REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER , 2000 PAGE <br /> S. Safety fencing ordered for the to concrete landings at the <br /> front entry of the school. <br /> uashnet School: <br /> 1. The playground area next to the gymnasium is nearly <br /> completed. The sand was removed and replaced with <br /> infield mix and a small set of soccer goals will be added. <br /> 2. New blinds for the cafeteria have been ordered and the <br /> fabric drapes in the library will be replaced with vertical <br /> blinds. <br /> 3. A commercial food service equipment vendor measured <br /> the dishwasher area and will be sending specifications for <br /> the replacement dishwasher. Loading and unloading <br /> tables and exhaust venting are needed for a complete <br /> installation. <br /> High School: <br /> 1. An outside sand volleyball court has been added behind <br /> the softball backstops. <br /> 2. Clover Landscape of Falmouth surveyed the proposed area <br /> for a memorial garden today. A conceptual set of drawings <br /> will be ready in two weeks to present to the School <br /> committee. <br /> 3. The wastewater treatment plant is undergoing emergency <br /> electrical repairs caused by wastewater entering the <br /> conduits and fittings. The new repairs will eliminate this <br /> problem by locating junctions above the crater level in the <br /> tanks. <br /> Superintendent's Office: <br /> 1. The alarm system and kitchenette were installed and final <br /> touches will be completed over the next two creeks. <br /> S stem-wide: <br /> 1. The fluorescent and incandescent lighted exit signs in the <br /> elementary schools will be replaced with LED units. <br /> 2. Items declared as surplus by the torn have been picked <br /> up by the County Correctional Facility and will be used in <br /> r <br />
