Mr. Fluery acrd-Mr. ll cGo trn said these <br /> transfers will be completed by November 14th. <br /> Mrs. Mills questioned the status of the End-of-the-Year- report. <br /> Mr. McCown responded that it will be ready for signatures on <br /> November 14th. <br /> . <br /> Discussion followed on unci uniforms. They ill be delivered to <br /> the high school this geek. The Committee stressed the <br /> importance of the accountability for the uniforms and the Hat <br /> plumes. Mr. Brown said sign-off forms have been devised. Mr. McGow n wiH add to the printout. <br /> 8.5 Enrollments - Mr. Fluery informed the comlm'ttee of the <br /> following enrollments: Coombs School - 550; Quashnet School - <br /> 783; High School 913 for a total district enrollment of 2,246. <br /> There are currently 49 Mashpee students attending cape cod <br /> Tech. <br /> Mrs. Lynch asked to have the October 1, 1999 and June 2000 <br /> enrollments on the monthly printouts. <br /> 8.6 Out-of-School Suspensions - Mr. Brown noted there were <br /> 23 out-of-school suspensions in grades -12 during October with <br /> four Saturday School sessions held and 63 students assigned. <br /> In Grades 7 and 8, -there were 16 suspensions for October. <br /> 8.7 INCAS U e - Mrs. P roll i discussed ars after-school <br /> out-of-school time grant offered by the Department of Education <br /> This is a $40,000 grant to be used for support, i.e., enrichment, <br /> tutoring, homework help, recreation, arts, etc. The <br /> administrators felt the following areas could benefit from these <br /> funds: after-school help, Grades homework club, K-2 <br /> reading and math club, Grades 4-6 reacting and wrath and <br /> recreation, ax-ts and crafts.
