Use cut and paste technique to enter data into administrative
area.
Content should be:
- Free of spelling and grammatical errors.
- Free of copyrighted material.
- Accurate, concise and well-written.
- Proofread in web browser to insure it has been edited correctly.
- Reviewed and updated regularly.
- Posted with a "show date" and "hide date."
Calendar
• Entries should be reviewed and updated regularly.
• Supporting information should be included in pop-up window.
Storing Data
All information entered into the administrative area is stored on a server. After the hide
date, information is archived. It is a good idea, however, to retain copies of files and
graphics that support your web design in a separate folder on your own disk, hard drive, or
district server.
JOj
Page J 8 5000 IWORLD®
Learn.Dream.Grow
11oo Pittsford-Vlctor Road • Plttsford,NMYork14534 • P800.554.2991 • F 585249.8601 • 5chw1Wor1dmm
