(see Request for Funding) <br /> At that meeting,Ms Murphy presented a"wish list": <br /> 1. DVD Playback system for TV Station - $1,000 <br /> 2. Final Cut Pro/Mac Computer- $5,000 <br /> 3. Tightrope Cable cast system for TV Station- $10,000 <br /> 4. TV/DVD with carts for KCC and Quashnet—(Combined TV/VCR/DVD -27" @$460 ea- $23,000 <br /> 5. Wireless Microphone (System) for the MHS Auditorium—(w 10 microphones 412,000. <br /> 6. 6. Clear Com System - $1,500 <br /> 7. Extron Media Link - $8,000 <br /> Total: $60,500 <br /> Two more items and estimates were presented: 1. $4,200 (enclosed) from Dutra Video Systems for video <br /> cameras and equipment; 2. $12,982 (enclosed)which was pricing from the Camera Company and prepared <br /> by Dutra Video Systems for more camera and audio equipment. <br /> Conversation on the proposal centered on these two items and resulted in a request by the committee for <br /> further clarification by Ms Murphy as to where the audio system, etc. would be installed: the cafeteria or the <br /> library? It was left that Ms. Murphy would attend the October committee meeting to clarify and answer the <br /> question. <br /> Because there was no other business to be presented in October and the absence of Ms Murphy, the <br /> meeting was not convened. The November 9 meeting was convened and the subject of Ms. Murphy's <br /> request was taken up and again tabled until we heard from Ms. Murphy or a member of the School <br /> Department. <br /> At the November meeting, partially as a result of the actions noted above, and to allow the committee <br /> more time to review and further investigate any funding requests, the committee has suggested to the Town <br />
