Although the <br /> Finance Committee has accused the School Department of <br /> pre-spending this money on an Assistant Principal, <br /> D. . .E. officer, a kindergarten teacher, and Grade 1 <br /> teacher, it was felt that the School Committee must, <br /> once again, dispel this accusation by explaining <br /> statistically how the money was actualy spent. <br /> This discussion thea ensued on explaining to the voters <br /> how $184,000 was "nixed" by the Finance Committee at <br /> 4:30 p.m. the afternoon of the October 4, 1993 Town <br /> Meeting. The explanation would include what the <br /> sequences were that brought this back for <br />
