The voucher was signed by the Commissioners. -Lombardo Invoice for$11 -Lombardo Associates submitted a bill in the amount of$115 representing attendance at the meeting in October. Mr. KJenert made a motion to pay Lombardo Associates $115. Mr. Lyons seconded the notion. All voted unanimously. The voucher was signed by the Commissioners. The Chair inquired whether the Commission wished to have Mr. Lombardo attend the next meeting which will include a presentation from L SCS regarding the solute transport modeling. It was noted that Don Walter from LSCS would offer a 1/2 hour presentation about the solute transport model and be available for questions. "Where was discussion as to whether attendance at the meeting was necessary to serve as a consultant to develop scenarios for the Plan. It was determined that, should a PowerPoint presentation be available, the information would be forwarded to Mr. Lombardo rather than have hire attend next month's meeting. -SMaST Invoice for Draft waquoit Bay MEP Report for$15,297-Chairman Fudala confirmed that the draft report had still not been rel eased. }UMass Dartmouth had sent a notice for payment to the Town. Although the voucher had been signed for payment, Cor nlissioners were in agreement that the bill not be paid until the draft report was received. Intermunicipal Issues -Mike Domenica has been in contact and making progress with Barnstable. He has also begun working with Selectman L inell Grundrnan in Sandwich. -Copies of the county funded scientific review of the MEP model were given to Commissioners. Falmouth-The Chair stated that Falmouth was.still considering an ocean outfall pipe, as well a reviewing alternative systems. The Chair noted that Falmouth at one time had an ocean outfall pipe. Barnstable-leo report Sandwich leo report Discussion Items -Status of Water SewerDistrict-Chairman Fud la reported that the Board of Selectmen'had invited the Severer Commissioners to attend their Monday, February 27 meeting at :40 p.m. in order to further discuss the water/Sewer operation. Selectman O'Hara indicated that the'meeting was intended to bring everyone up-to-date rid to di s uss effectiveness and the dire tion.-of the Commission ion and to address other issues at the meeting. The Chair stated that the water District had been invited to attend the Sewer-Commission meetings but had only attended one meeting. The Chair emphasized the expense to the taxpayers arra the need for the water District to become.involved now, gather than waste the 10 years of study that had already been completed.
