Gottlieb as Mashpce's <br /> representative to the Cape Cod and Islands Water Protection Fund. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> Acceptance of Layout: Pierre Vernier Drive, Katian WaX and Gunter's Lane (Pimlico Heights) <br /> Approved by a Vote of Annual Town Meeting October 15, 2018 (Article 22): <br /> The Board of Selectmen reviewed the layouts as public ways of Pierre Vernier Drive, Katian Way <br /> and Gunter's Lane (Pimlico Heights), an action approved by a vote of the Annual Town Meeting on <br /> October 15, 2018 and reflected as Article#22. The Road Taking Plan as prepared by Cape &Islands <br /> Engineering dated January 31, 2018 was included in the Selectmen's information packet for review. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to accept the layouts of Pimlico Heights as proposed by the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> Community Preservation Committee: The CPC Committee is in the process of recommending a <br /> number of Affordable Housing projects and relevant funding be appropriated to the Affordable <br /> Housing Trust for the purpose of effective management. The Board of Selectmen was receptive to <br /> the concept to streamline operational processes and to monitor projects in a more efficient manner. <br /> It is proposed the CPA funds would be presented to the AHT through specific articles and a vote of <br /> Town Meeting. With the approval of CPA projects and funding, this concept would be addressed at <br /> the next Affordable Housing Trust meeting. <br /> Cell Tower: The proposed cell tower project is currently under review by the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals. If the project is recommended by the ZBA to move forward,the Planning Board would be <br /> requested to provide input. <br />
