Ample Parking: As described above, Triple M will have 70 parking spaces on-site plus
a queue lane for 25 vehicles. By implementing the protocols described through this
document, this number of parking spaces will be sufficient to accomodate patrons
and patients.
Traffic/Parking Personnel: Triple M's current on-site security personnel are retired
Mashpee Police Officers (a retired sergeant and a retired detective) who will continue to
communicate and interact with the Mashpee Police Department on all matters relating
to security and traffic. They will be augmented by trained staff designated to manage
traffic and parking. Traffic management personnel will have dedicated radio
communication with the supervising security officer and.each other. ,
a .
Vehicular Traffic Management: Initially, it is likely that Triple M'will engage (at Triple
M's expense) a detail from the Mashpee Police to work with Triple M security to oversee
traffic management. Encouraging pre-orders is a key element toward this
efficiency as is the design of the retail dispensary area. Triple M plans to have six
stations staffed by trained dispensary agents dedicated to the sale of Adult-Use
products. This is in addition to an express pick-up kiosk for pre--orders and an
additional three stations dedicated to Medical patients. There will be a Floor Manager
in place to efficiently guide patrons through the process. In addition, patrons who may
need assistance and/or education/counseling as to the product(s) that may best serve .
their needs, will be directed to'a counselor. The counselor will assist the patron in
placing their order.
OPERATING HOURS:
Based on experience with the Medical RMD, Triple M plans to operate from 10arn- to
bpm Monday through Saturday. Hours may be adjusted over time to meet patron
needs and to mitigate any traffic impact.
PROJECTED NUMBER of PATRONS PER DAY;
During the ""soft opening„ period the number of patrons per day will be intentionally
restricted to a number that can be comfortably accommodated by both the dispensary
staff and the parking lot. During this period the estimated number of daily adult--use
