5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 25, 2019 <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Hearing: 2019 Seasonal Liquor and Entertainment License Renewals: <br /> The Board of Selectmen, acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the <br /> Public Hearing on the 2019 Seasonal Liquor and Entertainment License Renewals. In accordance <br /> with posting procedures,the hearing notice was read aloud into the record. <br /> The following Town of Mashpee seasonal liquor and entertainment license holders have filed their <br /> renewal applications; <br /> Package Store—All Alcohol: <br /> PM Market d/b/a The Country Store <br /> Restaurant—All Alcohol: <br /> Azzaro Mashpee, Inc. d/b/a Cooke's Seafood Restaurant <br /> New Seabury Resource Management, Inc. d/b/a The Lure at Popponesset <br /> Recorded & Live Music, Dancing by Patrons* (Entertainment on Sundays) <br /> PM Cafe d/b/a Marketplace Cafe/Bob's Seafood Cafe <br /> Recorded & Live Music, Dancing by Patrons* (Entertainment on Sundays) <br /> PM Raw Bar d/b/a Raw Bar <br /> Recorded & Live Music, Dancing by Patrons <br /> All license holders are current in their property taxes. <br /> All license holders have passed inspection by the Building, Health and Fire Departments. <br /> There are no violations from the Police Department. <br /> All license holders have submitted payment in full of their license fees,proof of workers' <br /> compensation insurance, and proof of liability insurance. <br /> Being no comment, the Board motioned as follows; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> 5 <br />
