For informational purposes, the hearing notice was read aloud into the record. <br /> Robert Mills, representing attorney was in attendance with Chris Card, General Manager and <br /> Pedro Gonzales, Food & Beverages Manager. The Notification to Abutters was presented to the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> It was disclosed the alteration of premises includes the renovation of the dining room/lounge area. <br /> The bar is being relocated and the dining room opened. A 34'x32' deck would be construction to <br /> wrap around the northwest side of the clubhouse. A gazebo and terrace areas are planned to be <br /> constructed on the northeast side of the clubhouse adjacent to the ballroom. <br /> The two 18-hole golf courses are included in the description of premises as the applicant seeks <br /> permission to add a beverage cart to serve alcoholic beverages, drinks and food items to golfers <br /> and guests as part of its repertoire of services. <br /> Schematics of the proposal were included in the application. Mr. Gonzales indicated the alteration <br /> would include (1) mobile beverage cart for both courses serving snacks and beverages to better <br /> serve the guests and members. Employees who would drive the cart would be responsible servers <br /> certified in TIP training.
